I love seeing the world with my kids. I hope to prepare and help them to be great members of society and give them experiences that build their confidence and allow them to help others.

I'm not the best at strict diets. However, I've collected several simple recipes that balance between taste and nutrition. It also helps that my wife likes to bake amazing deserts (see exercise below).

Getting blood flowing is a good way to produce endorphins which helps us cope with stress across many aspects of our life. It also raises metabolism when I have one too many treats in a day.

We've been breathing our whole life, but often we forget to pause our minds long enough so that we can catch our breath.
